Parent and Baby Yoga Workshop
Bring your mini to this sweet yoga class and move and breathe with other parents/ caregivers and babies (newborn to walkers)! This workshop is FREE and will be 30 minutes of yoga with time to play and connect after. We will meet on the backside of Bluebird Park down the stairs. Just bring a mat and an open mind!
