Family Yoga/ Surf Retreat: July 31-August 6, 2022

What are we going to do? Whatever you want. There will be daily offerings of yoga, meditation and breathwork, kid's yoga, and family yoga. There will be surf, surf for all levels, surf lessons, and warm turquoise water. There will be bikes, paddleboards, and chocolate sand. There will be healthy, delicious food...really, really good food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There will be games, growth sessions, massage, horseback rides, night swims, and more. But you don't have to do any of it, you can do whatever you want. It is just you, any version of your family, and the uncharted waters of what lies within each of us. How will it work? You will fly into Panama City on July 30 or earlier, based on your travel plans. The Sansara shuttle will pick you up in Casco Viejo and bring you to Cambutal the morning of July 31 and return you the afternoon of August 6.
